Eligibility:
Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and free from any damage or alteration.
All items must be returned in their original UTfashions packaging, along with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for products purchased directly from the UTfashions official website.
Requests submitted after the specified timeframe will not be considered.

Proof of Purchase:
Avalid proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange request. This includes:
The original order invoice, or
The online order confirmation email received at the time of purchase
Requests without valid proof of purchase will not be processed.
Procedure:
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact the UTfashions Customer Support Team via email or phone within the eligible period. Customers are required to provide their order number, reason for return or exchange, and clearly specify whether they are requesting a return or an exchange.
Once the request is reviewed and approved, customers will receive further instructions for dispatching the product back to UTfashions. The product must be shipped back within the communicated timeframe to avoid cancellation of the request.
Refunds:
In case of an approved return, only the product value will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by the UTfashions quality control team.
Refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days and will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable, as these costs are paid to third-party courier services and are not the responsibility of UTfashions.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to product availability and may be requested for size or product variation. If there is any price difference, the customer will be required to pay the additional amount.
All shipping costs involved in returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item shall be borne by the customer. UTfashions will not be responsible for any courier charges incurred during the exchange process.
Exceptions:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered.
Items returned without original UTfashions packaging or missing tags.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
