Deliveries:
Domestic:
We strive to deliver all orders within 2 to 5 working days for deliveries within Pakistan. If you choose the cash on delivery (COD) option, it is mandatory to pay the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery, in accordance with our corporate policy.Delivery time lines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
International:
For international orders, delivery may take 5 to 15 working days via courier services. Delivery time lines depend on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and courier regulations. Any custom duties, excise taxes, or other applicable charges shall be borne by the customer. These charges, if applicable, will be in addition to the shipping charges mentioned on the website.

Orders:
All orders placed through this website shall be subject to formal confirmation and acceptance by UTfashions.
Upon receipt of an order, UTfashions’ sales team will contact the customer within one working day via phone or email to verify product availability, expected delivery time lines, and any other relevant details.
An order shall be deemed final, valid, and enforceable only after official confirmation has been communicated to the customer by UTfashions through phone call or email.
Order Cancellation:
Customers may request order cancellation only before the order has been processed. Any cancellation request must be communicated to the UTfashions team prior to order processing. Once an order has been processed, UTfashions shall not be obligated to cancel the order. After an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details.UTfashions reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including the following circumstances.
Submission of incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
Failure by the customer to respond to queries raised by UTfashions.
Selection of Online Bank Transfer as the payment method without providing valid payment proof or reference within 3 working days.
If no response is received from the customer within a reasonable period, UTfashions may proceed with order cancellation accordingly.
Color Variation:
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the colors displayed on our website closely represent the actual product. However, as leather is a natural material, slight variations in texture and shade may occur. Additionally, differences in screen resolution, display settings, and pixel quality across devices may cause the colors viewed by customers to differ slightly from the actual product. Such variations are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.
